The spacious vacation apartment in the new "Krone" building in Churwalden offers plenty of space for the whole family.
The new apartment building with adjoining hotel including restaurant, bar and wellness area is located in the middle of the village center of Churwalden and is nevertheless in a quiet location. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, facing south-west away from the street. The apartment consists of a 1 ½-room apartment and a 3 ½-room apartment, which are connected by a connecting door. From the balconies you have a wonderful view of the mountains. Stores, stores, public transport, ice rink and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. A perfect ski-in / ski-out with the two top snow sports areas Arosa Lenzerheide with the Churwalden-Heidbüel panorama lift and the Pradaschier ski area with toboggan run and zipline will make your winter vacation a true winter dream. The Kinderland and the children's lift are located right next to the ski areas - right on the doorstep of your vacation apartment.
The apartment is furnished with high-quality, natural materials and state-of-the-art appliances and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The 3 1/2-room vacation apartment offers space for up to 4 people. The apartment has a living room with dining area and open kitchen and two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub/WC, shower/WC and a washer-dryer. In the modern kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, raclette & fondue dishes. The living room has a fireplace for cozy evenings.
The 1 1/2-room apartment offers space for up to 2 adults. The apartment has a combined sleeping and living area and is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette & fondue dishes etc. In the bathroom you will find a shower and WC as well as a washer-dryer.
On two balconies you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the view of the mountains. If you want to work, you can use the fiber optic internet/TV/radio free of charge. Saunas, Jacuzzi, steam bath, infrared cabins and a fitness room are available for use free of charge. The Hotel Krone also offers a children's paradise for young guests, providing lots of fun and variety. Up to two indoor parking spaces are available for your vehicles.

Es hatte leider keine Abfallsäcke in der Wohnung. Da man diese in Churwalden nur als ganze Rolle bekommt, wäre es super, wenn wenigstens ein Sack vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt würde.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt voll genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt gut. Die Nähe zum Hotel erleichtert das Leben wenn man nicht kochen oder in den Spa will.
