You are renting a pretty and modern 4.5 room holiday corner house with an attractive and generous room programme. The location, in the middle of the tranquil Graubünden mountain village of Lantsch/Lenz, is attractive and very sunny. Enjoy the magnificent distant view towards Oberalpstein on the one hand and towards Lenzerhorn on the other. The cross-country ski run is in the immediate vicinity.
The space and the floor plan are generous and convincing. The flat has two balconies and a seating area with garden 'three wet rooms' a cosy Swedish stove in the living area, its own washing tower as well as a separate cellar and a garage box with parking space.
The living space is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor, a built-in wardrobe welcomes you with enough storage space to get you started. A practical wet room with WC and washbasin as well as the washing tower are located in the same place. The living and dining area opens up to the south. A bright and attractive room with many windows. This generously designed holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the mountains of Graubünden. The kitchen - of course with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker ec. you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and toilet and three bedrooms with double beds. You can park your vehicle in a free parking space in the underground car park. This apartment can accommodate 6 people. Families are welcome.
The location is disproportionately sunny. Approx. 7 hours of sunshine in winter and approx. 11 hours in summer.
The apartment is located in a natural area with excellent leisure opportunities for the whole family. Enjoy 225 kilometers of pistes in the Lenzerheide/Arosa ski area with 3 sunny sides. for both beginning and advanced skiers. In addition, there are the magnificent cross-country skiing routes.
