The 2.5 room apartment Crapera is in a beautiful, quiet, sunny and central location. In a 5-minute walk you can reach the shops and the post office. There is also a stop for the free sports bus at the post office, which takes you to the entry points in the ski area. The main street with shops and numerous restaurants invites you to take a leisurely stroll and shop and offers culinary delights for every taste.
Lenzerheide also has a lot to offer for cross-country skiing enthusiasts: The cross-country skiing network in the Lenzerheide holiday region stretches from Lantsch/Lenz to Parpan and was recognized by the Swiss Loipen umbrella organization as one of the best areas in Switzerland.
In summer, the Heidsee invites you to linger with the water sports center and its unique sandy beach with children's adventure area, but also to an active summer holiday.

The newly renovated apartment has a living-dining room, a modern kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. Two folding beds are located in the living area.

The apartment has a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are available in the apartment, as is a hair dryer. You can park your vehicle in a free parking space in the underground car park.

The renovated 2 ½ room attic apartment is located opposite the Heidsee. In winter, the cross-country ski run is right in front of the house and the nearest ski lift is only a 5-minute walk away. If you want to go to the village, it is best to take the free bus, the next stop of which is only 100 m from the house.
In summer, the water sports center and the unique sandy beach with the children's adventure area invite you to linger but also to an active summer holiday.

This apartment offers space for couples (max. 4 adults) as well as for families (max. 2 adults with 2 teenagers) and is suitable for longer stays.
The bright apartment has a spacious living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a bright bedroom and a gallery for the young people with two mattresses on the floor. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Park your vehicle in a free parking space in the underground car park. The gourmet restaurant La Riva is in the same building and is well-known far beyond the region for its very good cuisine.
The apartment is in the apartment complex "La Riva" (3 houses) with a first-class restaurant in the 1st house (Restaurant La Riva). There is an indoor pool in the house (water temperature 22 degrees/open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., except Mondays and Fridays: closed from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for cleaning). 2 saunas (Finnish sauna: approx. 80-90 degrees / infrared sauna: 60 degrees).

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet, schnell vom Dorf erreichbar und ruhig gelegen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl in der schönen Wohnung. Es ist sehr positiv dass es einen Parkplatz in der Garage gibt.

Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig und es war nicht von Anfang an klar, wo der Schlüssel abgeholt werden kann, wenn man nach 15 Uhr in der Lenzerheide ankommt. Die Option mit dem Briefkasten müsste von Anfang an angeboten werden.

Unser Check-In Point ist zurzeit zwischen 9 und 15 Uhr offen und kümmert sich um alle Anreisen. Reist jemand ausserhalb dieser Zeit an hinterlegen wir die Schlüssel an einem entsprechenden Ort. Dafür benötigen wir jedoch eine Info über die Ankunftszeit welche uns in dem Fall leider nicht bekannt war. Da wir uns aktuell im Umbau befinden und nicht jederzeit vor Ort sein können, ist es für uns wichtig, vor der Anreise planen zu können. Wir sind trotzdem glücklich, dass am Ende alles gut geklappt hat. Ab Oktober ist unser Café Aurora wieder geöffnet, sodass von dort aus jeder Check-In reibungslos stattfinden kann.
