Particularly noteworthy is the apartment's location in the main house of the hotel complex, which provides the convenience of shortest distances to restaurants, village life and shopping, as well as the hotel's own swimming pool and wellness area. The 18-hole Lenzerheide golf course is also located in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and an open kitchen with dining area. A reserved garage parking space is available. This apartment provides space for max. 2 adults and is suitable for longer stays. As a guest of Schweizerhof Vacation Apartments, you have free access to the family bath, outdoor salt water pool, steam bath at the Schweizerhof Hotel, and the swimming pool with counter-current system at the Lenzerhorn Hotel (directly accessible).
For an additional charge, you can also enjoy the Wellness Paradise Hamam at the Schweizerhof Hotel. Here you immerse yourself in soft light and mild warmth, and afterwards you will feel reborn. The separate bedroom offers restful sleep, and the bathroom with bathtub invites relaxation after an active day. The apartment also features a television, WiFi connection, central heating, a hairdryer, and a sunny terrace of 10 m² with a view of the greenery - ideal for breakfast in fresh mountain air or an aperitif in the evening sun. The apartment is part of the well-maintained La Riva apartment complex, which consists of three houses and offers its guests a diverse range of amenities: a spacious indoor pool with a pleasant water temperature of 22 degrees (open daily from 7:00 to 21:00, closed on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 to 12:00 for cleaning), two saunas – a Finnish sauna with approximately 80-90 degrees and an infrared sauna with approximately 60 degrees – as well as a small but fine spa area for relaxed hours.
