The apartment includes two underground parking spaces equipped with electric charging stations, which are chargeable and can be booked for 15 CHF per night. The sleeping arrangements are planned for six people, with two beds in the master bedroom and a double bunk bed in the further bedroom for four people. If needed, a sofa bed can be added for personal use, which increases the maximum capacity to up to eight sleeping places. A washing machine and a tumble dryer will be installed in the basement and are available for use. Part of the basement compartment is separated for personal use, and a ski storage room is also available.

The main street with shops and numerous restaurants is not far away and invites you to take a leisurely stroll and shop and offers culinary delights for every taste. The stop for the free sports bus and the Tgiantieni Ski Lift is in the immediate vicinity in front of the house.
