    Description

    Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment, just a few steps from the Heimberg ski lift in Parpan. This centrally located accommodation offers space for up to six guests and is ideal for four adults and two children. The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Grisons mountains. A bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, an open-plan living and kitchen area, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest WC ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can cook and unwind together after an adventurous day in the mountains.
    You can conveniently park your vehicle in the free underground parking space.

    Please note that guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels. Pillows and duvets are provided – this helps us protect the environment and ensure efficient cleaning.

    Enjoy relaxing days surrounded by nature, explore the stunning surroundings, and create unforgettable memories. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

      The open living and kitchen area is flooded with light and invites you to cook and relax together. The fireplace ensures cosy evenings, providing comforting warmth and a pleasant atmosphere. From here, you can also access the large balcony, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
