An outdoor parking space and a spacious meadow right in front of the apartment are also available for your use.
Shops, a bakery/café, a sports shop, and a grocery store with butcher are just a 5-minute walk away. From the nearby post office, the free sports bus takes you directly to the ski area entry points. The main street with numerous restaurants and shops invites you to stroll and enjoy local cuisine.
In winter, you can benefit from the excellent cross-country skiing network of the Lenzerheide region. In summer, the nearby Heidsee offers a watersport center and a unique sandy beach with a children’s area—perfect for both relaxation and outdoor activities.

This beautifully renovated 68m² apartment offers easy access to the sports bus, local shops, ski lifts and the vibrant centre of Lenzerheide. Nearby is the restaurant 'Seehof', which offers a lovely sun terrace – perfect for dining outdoors.
