Would you like a break? Decelerate in our newly renovated Maiensäss with luxurious interior and enjoy the Graubünden nature. We offer you a relaxing stay in a stylish atmosphere, during which you can lend a hand a bit. Fetch water from the village well 20 meters away? Fire up the fireplace yourself? No WIFI, only 3G and limited electricity and shower water? Does that sound good? Then you've come to the right place!
The Maiensäss, renovated with great attention to detail, has been on the alp between Lenzerheide and Lanz for 200 years, right next to the golf course and biathlon arena. The view here is just wonderful. The house has space for a maximum of four adults and families are also very welcome (max. two adults / 3 children).
You should know that.
You can reach the Maiensäss on foot from the car park (approx. 7 minutes).
Approx. 40 liters of hot and cold water are available per person per day. Our Maiensäss is equipped with solar cells. The current is limited. It is heated with the wood stove in the living room. There is always enough firewood available for your cozy and romantic stay. A gas oven is available for particularly cold temperatures. Enjoy the fresh drinking water from the nearby fountain - it rarely tastes as good as in the mountains!
Lantsch / Lenz is located in the Albula region in the Swiss canton of Graubünden and is part of the "Parc Ela", the largest nature park in Switzerland. Dreamlike alpine passes such as the Albula Pass, fascinating glacier areas, romantic mountain lakes, vast landscapes and pristine nature await you here.
Five minutes from Maiensäss is the Roland Arena, which is a training and competition center for national and international teams and the venue for high-level competitions such as the "Tour de Ski" cross-country skiing competition. The 18-hole Lenzerheide golf course is also in the immediate vicinity. This can be easily reached on foot from Maiensäss.
Would you like to spend your holidays together with friends? Then there is the possibility to book another Maiensäss in the immediate vicinity.

Die Hütte liegt direkt, also 5 Meter, an der Langlaufloipe. Wer sich auf Einfachheit einstellen mag wird hier glücklich. Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Management.
