The 1.5 room holiday flat Sundroina Prada is situated in a beautiful, quiet, sunny and central location. You can reach the shops and the post office in 10 minutes on foot. There is also a bus stop for the free sports bus at the post office, which takes you to the access points to the ski area. The main street with its shops and numerous restaurants invites you to take a leisurely stroll and shop and offers culinary delights for every taste.
Lenzerheide also has plenty to offer cross-country skiing enthusiasts: the cross-country skiing network in the Lenzerheide holiday region stretches from Lantsch/Lenz to Parpan and has been recognised as one of the best areas in Switzerland by the umbrella organisation Loipen Schweiz.
In summer, the Heidsee lake with its water sports centre and its unique sandy beach with children's adventure area invites you to linger and enjoy an active summer holiday.

The newly renovated flat has a living-dining room, a modern kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower. The flat offers space for 2 people.

The holiday flat is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the Grisons mountains. The flat is modernly furnished, a cosy seating area and sofa invite you to relax after an eventful day. In the very well-equipped kitchen - naturally with dishwasher, oven and coffee machine - you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cosy evenings. The holiday flat has a separate bathroom with shower and WC. You can park your car free of charge in the underground car park.
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.

The central holiday apartment is located in the building complex of the Hotel Schweizerhof. Quiet, idyllic location, terrace with a direct view/exit to the cross-country ski trail. Access to the apartment is guaranteed via a staircase. The sports bus stop, as well as numerous shops and groceries, post office, banks, restaurants, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. Very centrally located, ideal starting point for skiing and cross-country skiing.
The 1.5 room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (max. 2 adults & 2 children). 56m2 divided into a large living room and sleeping area with double bed and pull-out couch for 2 people. Open kitchen with dining area. Bathroom with bath. Small Spensa, cloakroom and sunny south-west balcony.

For an extra charge you can also enjoy the wellness paradise hammam in the Hotel Schweizerhof. Here you can immerse yourself in soft light and mild warmth and afterwards you will feel reborn. Simply book your spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, pedicures or manicures and your relaxation is complete (The wellness area is seasonally closed from Easter till the end of May).

The 2.5-room vacation apartment located in the village center of Lenzerheide is situated on the ground floor of building section 4 of the Hotel Schweizerhof, very close to wellness facilities, cross-country ski trail, and the underground parking, with approximately 60 m². Particularly noteworthy is the apartment's location in the main house of the hotel complex, which provides the convenience of shortest distances to restaurants, village life and shopping, as well as the hotel's own swimming pool and wellness area. The 18-hole Lenzerheide golf course is also located in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and an open kitchen with dining area. A reserved garage parking space is available. This apartment provides space for max. 2 adults and is suitable for longer stays. As a guest of Schweizerhof Vacation Apartments, you have free access to the family bath, outdoor salt water pool, steam bath at the Schweizerhof Hotel, and the swimming pool with counter-current system at the Lenzerhorn Hotel (directly accessible).
