This generously designed holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the mountains of Graubünden. The kitchen - of course with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker ec. you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and toilet and three bedrooms with double beds. You can park your vehicle in a free parking space in the underground car park. This apartment can accommodate 6 people. Families are welcome.
The location is disproportionately sunny. Approx. 7 hours of sunshine in winter and approx. 11 hours in summer.

The apartment is located in a natural area with excellent leisure opportunities for the whole family. Enjoy 225 kilometers of pistes in the Lenzerheide/Arosa ski area with 3 sunny sides. for both beginning and advanced skiers. In addition, there are the magnificent cross-country skiing routes.

The entire Lenzerheide-Valbella-Arosa holiday region offers an attractive family program, but also beautiful mountain scenery with 140 km of hiking trails and a 110 km long bicycle and mountain bike course.

There is a golf course within 2 km and 5 other golf courses within 45 minutes.

You are renting a pretty and modern 4.5 room holiday corner house with an attractive and generous room programme. The location, in the middle of the tranquil Graubünden mountain village of Lantsch/Lenz, is attractive and very sunny. Enjoy the magnificent distant view towards Oberalpstein on the one hand and towards Lenzerhorn on the other. The cross-country ski run is in the immediate vicinity.
The space and the floor plan are generous and convincing. The flat has two balconies and a seating area with garden 'three wet rooms' a cosy Swedish stove in the living area, its own washing tower as well as a separate cellar and a garage box with parking space.
The living space is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor, a built-in wardrobe welcomes you with enough storage space to get you started. A practical wet room with WC and washbasin as well as the washing tower are located in the same place. The living and dining area opens up to the south. A bright and attractive room with many windows. The Swedish stove provides a touch of cosiness in the colder months and the private seating area invites you to linger in the warmer months of the year. Just around the corner is the modern, functional kitchen. It is fitted with timeless white fronts and has the usual appliances. Here too, windows line the room and bring in plenty of light.
A beautiful wooden staircase in oak leads to the 1st floor. On this floor are two large bedrooms, each with its own balcony, as well as another wet room with WC and shower'lavabo.
The third bedroom is located one floor higher. Generous windows allow a romantic view of the beautiful mountain panorama from the bed. Built-in wardrobes and another bathroom complete the offer.
