The house is in very good condition with a lift, laundry room and ski room. An underground car park belongs to the flat. The Fadail ski lifts are approx. 150 metres away, the cross-country ski trail is directly behind the house. The free sports bus stops approx. 50 metres from the house. In the summer months you can set off without a car to the numerous hiking areas of Lenzerheide or swim in the lake behind the house.
The flat has a wonderful balcony with deckchairs, a fireplace, TV, radio, 2 bedrooms, a new bathroom (2017) and a separate WC. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 2 different coffee machines, cooker with microwave, raclette oven, fondue dishes and barbecue facilities.
